The amenities at imperial include an outdoor garden, and a rehabilitation exercise room. Imperial also has a big screen TV for viewing pleasure. In general, Imperial is a well kept facility and appears to be clean and free from offensive odor.
I wasn't sure where to start and my social worker at the hospital recommended Imperial, I was very skeptical at first, but the staff is very caring and want you to go home. He was in another nursing home and I was trying to find an available long term bed and at that time, Imperial had an available long term bed. We were able to get a semi-private room for my Dad.
We are extremely proud of our outstanding team of physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, therapists, dietitians, administrative and support staff. This last time I was there they were short staffed. They had job fairs every other week. The aides seem to have a problem taking care of residents.
